BoJack Horseman - Two Truths Explained

Before this clip, the interviewer is pointing out a pattern of behaviours in BoJack which make him look like someone who purposely takes advantage of women and doesn't care for them. BoJack makes a valid argument that the bad shit he's done (and the bad shit in this world) isn't because of "nefarious schemes" nor "wicked plots and machinations". BoJack describes that (from his perspective) what's really happening is he's constantly chasing those feel-good moments. For instance, when BoJack goes partying with teenagers and almost sleeps with his friend's daughter, neither did he plan to do that nor did he want to cause anyone damage.

However, the pattern of behaviours outlined by the interviewer is nonetheless true, and it's a result of BoJack's irresponsibility. From BoJack's perspective, he's just acting on his peculiarities, but he's not expanding the energy to accept responsibility for the consequence of his actions, to eflect on his own assumptions and desires (assumptions such as him deserving more out of interactions than the other person;  he's selfish), etc.
